Ambitek aims to grow rapidly over the next few years, to do this we need like-minded people to join our Team. Our Team is made up of down to earth people, all from different walks of life but with the common goal of growing Ambitek to a major recruiter within the UK Manufacturing Engineering Industry.

We love our jobs at Ambitek and we want you to feel the same. We won't be shoving Targets, KPIs and Efficiencies down your throat. We are Champions of Self-Management and will expect you to be the same. You won't be a worker at Ambitek, you will be an ASSET. Our aim will be to invest in your raw skills and attributes allowing you to deliver the best possible service which will inevitably lead you to being successful.
Commission is earned from Gross Profit Performance from both Temporary and Permanent sales and you must meet a minimum company threshold, however to put it in a nutshell, if you were to generate £100k Gross Profit per annum you would come out with a £45k to £50k Package – Bonus Schemes are confirmed in writing so don’t just take our word for it!
