Almost ironically, Bell considered his most famous invention an intrusion on his real work as a scientist and refused to have a telephone in his study.

| || Nikola Tesla|
One of the original ‘Mad Scientists’, shrouded in mystery and the source of many tales, Tesla is best known for his contributions to the design of the modern Alternating Current (AC) electrical supply system. His experiments also delved into early X-ray imaging, a wireless-controlled boat as well as wireless communications. Arguably one of his most iconic, and legendary legacies will always be the Tesla Coil which allows the wireless transfer of electricity in the most beautiful and mesmerising way…. Like lightning through the air.
