Our client is a well-established engineering company who supply to a wide range of industries. They are now looking to add a Maintenance Supervisor to their already successful team.

The role is reporting to the Operations Director and is a very hands-on role.

You must be time-served in a mechanical engineering discipline and have experience working with machinery in a production environment.

The role will involve:
-Leading the Production engineering department
-Analyse and develop PPM to meet the companies KPI’s
-Managing the maintenance team
-Enforcing health & safety improvements and solutions
-Contributing to the recruitment and training processes
-Utilising the company systems to streamline the manufacturing process
-The ideal candidate will have previous experience of managing a small team.

The working hours are 37.5 per week. Monday to Thursday at 1:30 pm till 10 pm and Friday 9 am till 2:30 pm. Although there is scope for working only Monday to Thursday but covering 37.5 hours within these 4 days.

The salary on offer is circa 40k per annum. 25 days holiday plus statutory days, pension scheme, death in service benefit and free parking.

The company is located in Blackburn.
