Job description

Working in a fast paced assembly environment, you will need to have working knowledge of using hand tools in a previous position.
You will also have an eye for detail. (As the items are powder coated they previous they will need to check for blemishes and when the item is sub assembled you will need to make sure that they have not trapped any of the rubber seals while fitting the vision panels as can cause a major bottle neck)

The main part of this job is working within a small team where you will be stripping the protective coatings of the polycarbonate and rubbering these for the assembly. If the door has glass vision panels, you would rubber this up as well
Drill and tapping the rails of the door prior to assembly
Building panels for the door
Finally sub-assembly of the above to be ready for the next stage.
Hours of work:
Basic 36 hours Monday to Friday.
Overtime available @ time & half.

Basic Pay: £9 - £9.50 per hour

Duration of the work: temp to perm

Location: based in the Heaton Chapel area the site has good transport links but as its based on an industrial estate its not easy to get to via bus.
