Our client is a medium sized firm looking for a Sales administrator to join their team immediately to help assist with a busy order book.

Main responsibilities:
-Primarily to provide effective sales coordination & business administration duties for the business.
-Making warm outbound telesales calls to dormant or inactive clients
-Process customers orders / enquiries.
-Liaising with other departments for credit control and product availability & delivery coordination
-General office duties and generally working within the systems laid down by the Company.

The ideal individual will have:-
-Experience of working in a similar role and / or environment
-Possess sales knowledge
-Confident on the phones
-Proficient PC skills with MS Office packages including MS Excel, Word, Outlook & Explorer
-Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
-A logical thinker with the ability to solve problems pro-actively
-Good organisational skills
-Good office / housekeeping skills
-Able to work effectively as a part of a close team but also independently
-To be proactive, accurate, flexible and willing to learn new skills
-Be self-motivated

Hours of Work:
9am to 5pm Monday to Thursday, 9am to 4:30pm Fridays
