Our client is a large structural steel firm who are looking to recruit a time served multi-skilled maintenance engineer to join the team.

Candidates will have both mechanical and electrical skills with a Mechanical bias. You also must have experience on anything from CNC machinery to presses and furnaces.

Your day to day duties may include
- Machine maintenance
- Machine installations/re-positioning
- Provide training for apprentices in the department
- Conduct a regular PPM service
- Making sure all spare parts are stocked

You must be time served and will have your 17th edition.

Occasional cover of 2 other sites is required. A company van is provided for any travel.

37 hours a week. 8 am – 4.30pm Mon –Thursday and 8 are – 1 pm on Friday.

Some night shift working may be required as cover for holidays, sick etc
