Our prestigious client, based near Burnley is looking to recruit an experienced Administrator.

This is a full-time vacancy, initially temporary but leading to a permanent opportunity.

The function of the role is to provide support for the Production department. This is both an administration and a liaison role.

Responsibilities & Duties:
-Provide information in the technical and engineering functions as required.
-Support the production and updates of Key production operating instructions, operating work instructions to be displayed and available at the point of use
-Keeping documents up-to-date
-Generate all Production KPIs for Production and Maintenance
-Provide information and analysis of data as directed by the team
-Ownership of the minutes for all Production meetings
-Liaise with shop floor Managers and production staff to collect paperwork
-Support the production process to maintain documentation traceability

Essential Criteria:
-Excellent communication skills both written & verbal
-English & Math’s GCSE (or equivalent) grade C or above
-Minimum 2 years’ experience working in a similar role
-Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Excel
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
-Must be able to work effectively under pressure
-The ability to work on own initiative and multitask
Although office based you will be required to spend some time on the shop floor, collecting documentation etc.
