Our client is looking to recruit a Mig Welder/ Fabricator to join their tight-knit team on a permanent basis.

You will be welding medium fabrications, mainly tanks and vessels on stainless and mild steel.

Responsibilities:
- Able to read engineering drawings and make a cutting list from a drawing
- Able to operate a plasma cutter and radial arm drill
- Willing to work away from home (overnight stays) for occasional onsite installations

Job details:
The rate of pay is £12.40 p/hr. Hours are 7 am- 3:30 pm from Monday to Thursday, with a 1 pm finish on Fridays. There is some overtime available, paid at enhanced rates.

Other benefits include NEST pension, health care and free vaccinations. Holidays start at 28 per year but increase by 1 extra each year.

Please send your CV to Lewis at Ambitek for immediate weld tests. Weld tests are on fillets, corner to corner welds and maybe some overhead welding.
