Ambitek is currently looking to recruit a Qualified Multi Skilled Maintenance Supervisor (Electrically Biased) for our client based in Ellesmere Port.

For this role, you must have formal qualifications within the field of Electrical Engineering with an emphasis on the inclusion of Plant Control Systems, ie. PLC's, SCADA etc.

You will be responsible for all of the following:-

Lead and supervise a team of up to 10 operators on a day to day basis including; training, setting personal objectives and dealing with disciplinary/grievance issues.
Hold weekly production meetings to discuss various issues and key plant maintenance
Managing in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Plan warehouse scheduling and prioritise product movements to meet demand
Liaising with field services department to ensure customer requirements are met
Provide cover for lab technician, site manager, and maintenance supervisor
Ensuring plant production targets are achieved within agreed timescales
Carry out daily site safety inspections to ensure company policies and procedures are adhered to
Responsible for producing operation training manual for new plant and equipment
Proficient in SAP; Issuing process orders, MIGO transfers, stock reconciliation, purchase requisitions and goods receipting

** Upon hitting personal & company targets you will be liable for up to an additional 10% of your annual salary, in bonus**
