Our client is a medium sized manufacturing company who are looking to recruit an experienced injection molding operative to join the team for a permanent role.

Candidates must have experience in setting and changing molds, compounding as well as experience of working with injection molding machines from 25 to 175 tonnes.

The successful Injection Mould Technician will be required to carry out the following duties but not limited to:
• Setting injection molding machines
• Process optimisation
• Production troubleshooting
• Tool changes
• Basic machine maintenance

To be successful in your application as an Injection Mould Technician you will be required to hit the ground running and have previous experience working within an injection molding facility and will be required to have strong injection molding experience possibly within one of the following roles, Process Engineer, Injection Mould Setter, Plastic Moulding Technician or Setter / Technician.

The role is permanent, starting at £24,000- £25,000 per year, working a rotating three-shift 6/2, 2/10 and 10/6 (Mornings, afternoons, nights).
