Great News, we are building our new business development team for 2017/18 so are on the lookout for experienced sales professionals.

PASSION, HONESTY and DEDICATION are prerequisites for anyone who wants to work for us. There is no 9 to 5 in recruitment, as long as you are committed and work hard you will be successful – that much we can guarantee.

We love our jobs at Ambitek and we want you to feel the same. We won't be shoving Targets, KPIs and Efficiencies down your throat. We are Champions of Self-Management and will expect you to be the same. You won't be a worker at Ambitek, you will be an ASSET. Our aim will be to invest in your raw skills and attributes allowing you to deliver the best possible service which will inevitably lead you to being successful.

Commission is earned from Gross Profit Performance from both Temporary and Permanent recruitment sales and you must meet a minimum company threshold, however to put it in a nutshell, if you were to generate £100k Gross Profit per annum you would come out with a £45k+ Package – Bonus Schemes are confirmed in writing so don’t just take our word for it!
