Ambitek are currently looking to recruit a Mechanical Contracts Manager for our client based in Stockport.

Our client are a long established family run M&E/Building Service & Asset Maintenance Contractor.

The role will consist of:

Managing & overseeing multiple mechanical and plumbing projects across the North West within Education, Government & Commercial sectors from inception to completion
Responsible for arranging workforce on a project by project basis including cards in & subcontractors
Attending site meetings including - surveys, designs, handover etc
H&S responsibility during project delivery
Develop your own site based & supply chain teams
Assist in the planning the future growth of the company alongside Managers & Directors
Requirements for the role are:

Time Served (C&G or NVQ) in Plumbing or HVAC
5 years XP within mechanical service industry / 2 of those Manager/Supervisory
Proficient with MS - Word, Outlook, Excel
On a personal level, the client are looking for someone who is highly motivated, able and willing to bring new ideas across & pursues personal growth as well as growth of the company, but not also forgetting the company roots & the family orientated ethos.

Package on offer:

Salary is negotiable depending on XP (£45k- £50k Circa)
Company Car or Allowance (ideally allowance option / allowance - to be discussed £5k Circa)
Benefits Package - Pension, Healthcare, Bonus - to be discussed)
