Our client, based in Manchester, are looking for Mechanical Fitters. This is an immediate start for the right candidates on a long term contract basis.

Hours of Work/ Pay Rates:
Days roles pay: £12.61/hr PAYE
Nights roles pay: £18.92/hr PAYE

*Night hours are 7pm - 7am Monday to Thursday.

Standard hours on DAYS are 39 hours per week. Monday to Thursday 8am-4.30pm and Friday 8am-3.30pm with overtime paid at T1/2.

Experience required/Duties:

· To assemble capital machinery by following engineering drawings.

· Detail fitting, cutting, marking out, drilling, tapping etc.

· Good knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics and pipe fitting/bending.

· Use Machinery for drilling, milling, pipe bending etc.

The successful Mechanical Fitter must have:

· Qualification in mechanical fitting.
· Time served experience as a Mechanical Fitter.
· Ideally machine build experience.

·Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
